As you are aware, back in February Tumblr based One Direction fans sparked an idea - a Tumblr One Direction gig. So, a group of us got together and decided to try and made it happen. For the past few months we have been chasing their agent for a decision, however unfortunately today we were informed that such a gig would not be possible. No explanation was given, so we can only assume that they have prior commitments for the month of August. Needless to say, this blog and the Twitter account will now be surplus to requirement and will be deleted at some point in the future, however we will leave it active for some time so people can see this announcement. As fans of One Direction ourselves we hope you’ll join us in continuing to support the boys, and we are all looking forward to what the future has in store for them. They said we could contact management in April and I believe we have tried but it’s proving difficult! :)
A possible strategy is that every booking is linked to a tumblr URL and an order number will be posted in their ask which will have to be presented when you turn up at the venue along with your tumblr URL. It will be the person booking the tickets’ responsibility to make sure that no one else can find out the order number. But as we said, nothing has been decided for sure. We are reluctant to do any more planning before we have confirmation from management. x
We have to get everything sorted with their management before any more planning can happen. We are still making progress. :)

It’s a long process because they’re so busy at the moment what with the tour and now their album/single. Patience :) and yes, I think we may be down a couple of members now x
We can’t promise anything for individuals otherwise we’d never find a date to suit everyone but we hope you’ll be able to come :)
